Right after the demise of his father, YS Rajasekhara Reddy, Jagan always believed that being among the people is the best way to connect with them and gain popularity. In the name of Odarpu Yatra, he tried getting as close as possible to the people but bifurcation has changed the equations in the last minute in 2014.
He has embarked on a 3000 Kilometers Padayatra to come to Power in 2019. He is hoping that the Padayatra will work for him just as it worked with his father in 2004. He is nearing the halfway target. Jagan even chose to continue his Padayatra skipping the Assembly sessions.
Even though people have criticized the move, Jagan maintained that being with the people is important for him than anything else. Except for that every Friday Court break, Jagan has been relentlessly working to pursue his dream of sitting on that CM Chair. It has to be seen what is in store for the Young Leader in 2019!
