Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu conducted a road show in Bobbili the other day. There is a massive crowd in attendance shocking everyone. It is shocking because TDP did not win Bobbili ever since 1994.
Chandrababu has been touring the districts for the last couple of months and he is getting massive reception everywhere he goes. These crowds are worrying the Ruling Party.
The intelligence reports are ringing alarm bells to the Government and they are looking to stop them, the buzz in the political circles says.
There is a warning from the Central Government about an impending Fourth wave of Corona. The government already issued necessary guidelines to prevent the spread.
The state government is also contemplating issuing guidelines withdrawing permissions for huge gatherings. That would naturally reject permissions for Chandrababu’s Roadshows.
Nara Lokesh is going to start his Padayatra on January 27th. Such rules will hamper the Padayatra as well.
“Chandrababu did not have such insecurity when Jagan is doing his Padayatra. But this government is scared now. This is very much expected. Nothing can stop us from going to the people with the slogan – ‘Psycho Povali: Cycle Ravali’,” TDP sources say.
