A number of suspicious deaths have taken place in Viveka Case one after the other. The YSR district SP EG Ashok Kumar has said that he will conduct a deep inquiry into the matter.
The SP said he had doubts about the involvement of the suspects in the deaths that happened from time to time. The witnesses in Viveka case Srinivasulu Reddy, Gangadhar Reddy, Abhishek Reddy, Narayana died between 2019 to 2024.

Now the watchman Rangaiah has died under suspicious circumstances as per his wife. The SP said the death of 5-6 witnesses was rather surprising, due to which they are going to do a deep inquiry.
As it is a high-profile murder case, the SP said he was collecting information regarding the deaths, the circumstances that led to their deaths, if they were really unwell, if there was a connection between all the deaths will be under the scanner, he said.

The SP revealed that to figure out all this, a special team led by a DSP has been put together. The SP said that the team will make a holistic inquiry.
The SP went on to say that there are a few who are spreading rumours about the witnesses dying due to CBI. But this is not true, said the SP.

He said the rumours are being spread to divert attention from reality, he told media.
Just a couple of days back key witness died under suspicious condition according to his wife. We will look out for post mortem results. We are looking at all the deaths so far. We will find out if there is any connection, SP clarified.
