YSR Congress always alleged that Andhra Pradesh just inherited around 50000 Crore loans from the State Bifurcation and Chandrababu Naidu took it to Two Lakh Crore in this three and half years rule until now pushing the state into the quagmire of loans.

But then, YSR Congress debunked its own false allegation in Parliament as its Ongole MP, YV Subba Reddy asked a question about the loans of United AP by the appointed day and the loans of Andhra Pradesh today. According to the Center, United AP by June 1st, 2014 has Two Lakh Crore loans.
The Loans of Andhra Pradesh by the end of 2018 will be around 2.16 Lakh Crore. Loans were divided in Population Ratio which means AP has inherited about 1.16 Lakh Crore Loans from the United Andhra Pradesh. Center also informed the MP that AP’s loans were in the permissible limits of 14th Finance Commission.
In a way, this answer by the Central Government will come as an embarrassment for the Main Opposition Party which is such baseless allegations on the TDP government. It will be disappointed that it has got a clarification in favor of the government for an allegation it makes.
