Leading Congressmen convened at party president Mallikarjun Kharge’s home in New Delhi on Tuesday to talk about Telangana’s government formation.
DDuring their conversation, Uttam Kumar Reddy also declared his desire to become chief minister, and Congress leader Bhatti Vikramarka claimed that the party had won in every location where he had conducted Paadayatra.
“I have been PCC’s president for a longer amount of time. I have also held the offices of MP and MLA on several occasions. According to reports, Uttam Kumar questioned, “Why can’t I expect the CM position?”
According to reports, 47 MLAs out of 64 are in favor of Revanth Reddy becoming Telangana’s chief minister.
In the most recent election, the Congress won 64 seats in the 119-member assembly, forcing the Bharat Rashtra Samiti to cede power in the southern state.
