Anticipatory Bail For CBN In Three Cases

TDP President Chandrababu Naidu got a big relief as the Andhra Pradesh High Court granted him anticipatory in three cases at a time.

The Andhra Pradesh Crime Investigation Department (CID) had filed cases against Naidu, citing irregularities concerning the Inner Ring Road, as well as issues related to sand and liquor. Seeking anticipatory bail in these cases, Naidu submitted a petition to the court.

Following deliberations and arguments presented by both parties across all cases, the High Court ruled in favour of Naidu, granting him anticipatory bail in all three cases.
