Rachin Ravindra, the New Zealand cricketer of Indian origin, is currently enjoying a remarkable streak in the ongoing Cricket World Cup. This young cricketer has scored a total of 523 runs in eight matches, that includes three centuries. His most recent century was scored during a match against Pakistan in Bengaluru.

In this game, Rachin shattered several records. He now holds the record of being the New Zealand cricketer with the most centuries in a single World Cup edition, having accumulated three centuries. This surpasses the previous record jointly held by Martin Guptill and Kane Williamson, who had each scored two tons. Additionally, he has become the youngest cricketer to achieve two or more centuries in a World Cup. Moreover, he has equalled the record set by Sachin Tendulkar for the highest run total in a World Cup edition by a player under the age of 24, amassing a total of 523 runs.
