Case Booked Against Congress MLA Candidate

Just before the Telangana assembly elections, a case has been filed against Nampally Congress MLA candidate Feroz Khan.

He’s accused of allegedly offering 1 lakh rupees to a voter named Ramesh. The case has been booked under sections 171C, 188, and 123 RPC Act.

Feroz Khan denies giving money, stating Ramesh visited his house to offer support. Ramesh, purportedly a BJP supporter, claims to be a financier, asserting the money is his own. The police are investigating the incident.
