The feud between Dil Raju and Mythri Movie Makers has been going on for some time. Earlier this year, during the Sankranthi festive season, producers from both sides engaged in a battle over theatre allocations for Veera Simha Reddy, Waltair Veerayya (from Mythri), and Vaarasudu (from Dil Raju).
Recently, this conflict resurfaced during the release of Salaar. Allegations surfaced that Raju favoured the Hindi film Dunki with better screens in Hyderabad over Salaar, which is distributed in Nizam by Mythri Movie Makers.
Now, the clash between Raju and Mythri is set to resume during Sankranthi 2024. Raju is set to distribute Saindhav and Guntur Kaaram, while Mythri recently acquired the Nizam rights of Hanuman for Rs. 7.2 crores. Once again, it’s gearing up to be a showdown between Dil Raju and Mythri in the Nizam territory during the Sankranthi festive season.
