In an open letter directed to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, who extended an offer to reinstate her in the police force, former Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Nalini declined the offer.
Instead, she expressed her decision to devote her life to the teachings of the Vedas, following the guidance of Maharshi Dayanand Saraswathi. Nalini, who resigned from her position in 2009 during the Telangana statehood agitation, shared her transformation from a police officer to a philosopher in the letter.
She clarified that after 12 years, the Chief Minister’s attempt to revive the past case was not feasible for her. Nalini explicitly stated her inability to consider any alternative job offer from the government. Despite expressing a desire to meet the Chief Minister, she cited her current commitment to translating and publishing the Hindi version of her book ‘Vedam Yagnam’ as her top priority. Nalini affirmed her intention to complete this task before meeting with the Chief Minister.
