Heavy Traffic Jam On Hyd-Vjw Highway

People in Hyderabad are making their way to their hometowns for the Sankranthi festivities, leading to significant traffic congestion on major highways connecting the city.

Particularly, the Vijayawada highway is experiencing a huge line of stranded vehicles, resulting in extensive traffic jams. On NH65, connecting Hyderabad and Vijayawada, vehicles are at a standstill for over 10 kilometres. To handle the situation, vehicles en route from Hyderabad to Vijayawada are being rerouted at Dharmajigudem.

This led to vehicles being stuck in the middle of the national highway, causing inconvenience for passengers and substantial delays in reaching their destinations.
