The revenue officials of Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills successfully prevented the illegal possession of government land worth Rs. 200 crores by encroachers. This incident unfolded during the election period when revenue officials were preoccupied. In the DK Nagar region of Jubilee Hills, a few individuals made an unlawful attempt to seize government land.
Using forged documents, the accused unlawfully acquired the land, erecting a fence around it, constructing a small room, and claiming ownership with a signboard. Investigations revealed that the land had been sold to multiple parties.
Upon receiving this information, the Tahsildar took action, utilizing a JCB to dismantle the illegal fencing. Subsequently, the accused individuals engaged in a confrontation with revenue officials. However, when informed about potential legal actions against them, they withdrew their claims.
