The other day, a case was filed against former Minister and Medchal MLA Malla Reddy, alleging the illegal acquisition of a 47-acre land in Keshavaram village of the Muduchinthalapalli Mandal, land that belongs to tribal communities. Malla Reddy has now responded to these accusations.
Addressing the media, he firmly denied any necessity or involvement in encroaching upon tribal lands. He stated that all allegations put against him are entirely baseless.

Malla Reddy opined that intermediaries in land transactions might have unlawfully seized the tribal lands. He expressed his belief that the Congress government was not connected to the filing of the case against him.
