The Bharatiya Janata Party is strategically targeting Scheduled Caste votes for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections. In the recent Telangana Assembly Elections, the BJP highlighted the SC Classification issue and also sought support from Manda Krishna Madiga, the Founding President of MRPS.
Recent speculations suggest that the BJP is contemplating offering a Lok Sabha ticket to Manda Krishna Madiga. They are considering nominating him for the Warangal MP seat, which is reserved for SC candidates. This strategic move is expected to significantly increase the BJP’s vote back within the SC community.
BJP is setting its sights on capturing a minimum of 10 out of the 17 Lok Sabha seats in Telangana. Their focus particularly centres on winning the SC-reserved seats of Warangal, Nagarkurnool, and Peddapally, as well as the ST-reserved seats of Adilabad and Mahabubabad.
