Actor and Jana Sena leader Naga Babu found himself embroiled in controversy amid allegations that he possessed voting rights in two states. In response to the escalating controversy, he revealed that he refrained from exercising his vote in the Telangana elections this time.
Naga Babu clarified that he had canceled his voter card in Hyderabad, providing evidence to support his claim. He explained that he had transferred his voting registration to Andhra Pradesh, expressing his allegiance to Jana Sena and the Telugu Desam Party.
Accusing a media house of attempting to tarnish his reputation by suggesting dual voting rights in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Naga Babu disclosed that even his family members were in the process of relocating their voting cards to Mangalagiri.
