Parliament Breach: BJP MP Issues Pass, 4 Arrested

On the 22nd anniversary of the 2001 Parliament attack, the Lok Sabha encountered a shocking security breach when two individuals jumped from the gallery and threw objects emitting tear gas into the House. Four individuals were arrested in connection with this incident.

One of the arrested individuals involved in this breach is identified as Sagar Sharma. According to reports, BJP MP Pratap Simha, representing Mysuru, authorised Sharma’s visitor pass.

After the breach, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla notified the House that four individuals had been apprehended – two from within the House and two from outside Parliament.
