People Are Against Having Vizag As Capital: Ganta Srinivas Rao

We have already reported that the opposition leaders in Andhra Pradesh are not happy with CM YS Jagan’s move to make Vizag the capital of the state. Nara Lokesh already reacted seriously against Jagan’s moves, mentioning that his government will expire in three months. Now, Ganta Srinivasa Rao also voiced his opinion.

TDP leader Ganta Srinivasa Rao questioned the relocation of Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy to Visakhapatnam, stating that there seems to be no valid reason for the same. He criticised that the government is misusing funds unnecessarily.

Ganta Srinivasa Rao suggested conducting a referendum on the capital of Visakhapatnam, claiming that 99% of the people won’t agree to Visakhapatnam as the capital.
