The Telangana government is set to expand its cabinet in a few days. Within the Congress party, senior MLAs are actively vying for ministerial positions in the upcoming expansion. Notably, no leader from the combined Adilabad district has secured a minister post so far.
The Gaddam Brothers, Gaddam Vinod (elected from the Bellampally constituency) and Gaddam Vivek (elected from the Chennur constituency), are trying hard for ministerial positions. Initially, there was anticipation that Vivek might secure a ministerial berth in the initial cabinet announcement, but that did not happen. Following this, Vinod personally met Sonia Gandhi in Delhi, appealing for a minister post.
Both brothers are pursuing hard through distinct approaches to secure a ministerial berth in Revanth Reddy’s cabinet. The unfolding scenario remains to reveal who will ultimately clinch the esteemed position.
