Reportedly, actor Suriya sustained an injury while filming his upcoming movie Kanguva in Chennai last night. Apparently, a camera on a rope lost control during the shoot, resulting in it falling on Suriya and causing injury to his shoulder.
Fortunately, Suriya is reported to be in good health, but production on the film has been temporarily stopped. Doctors have recommended two weeks of rest for the actor.

Under the direction of Siva, Kanguva stars Disha Patani as the female lead and is scheduled for a grand pan-India release in 2024.
