Vijayakanth, the former actor and politician, has been released from Chennai’s MIOT Hospital after an extended period of treatment. He was admitted on November 18 due to symptoms of cough, cold, and sore throat.
At one juncture, Vijayakanth’s condition was critical, leading to unfounded rumours of his demise circulating on social media. Fortunately, he has recuperated well and has been discharged successfully. The hospital officially announced this update in a special health bulletin earlier today.
