The Andhra Pradesh High Court has taken a serious step against Yashasvi for sharing inappropriate content on social media by registering a case with the Criminal Investigation Department (CID). Yashasvi, who was arrested in Hyderabad, received 41A notices, indicating legal actions.
The CID, in connection with the case, confiscated Yashasvi’s passport. Seeking the return of his passport, Yashasvi filed a petition in the state high court. Following a recent court inquiry, Yash’s passport has been handed back.

The circumstances leading to her arrest involve his arrival from America to visit his ailing mother. However, upon reaching Shamshabad, he faced detention by the Andhra Pradesh CID.
