The Supreme Court conducted a hearing on MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju’s petition to revoke Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy’s bail.
Notices were issued to all respondents, including Jagan, as highlighted by Raghu Rama’s lawyer. They pointed out that Jagan’s bail hadn’t been contested by the CBI and ED during the investigation. “Should the bail now be revoked?” asked the court. Raghu Rama’s counsel urged the court to issue notices and proceed accordingly.
