Bengaluru Bank Fraud Case Sparks Lucky Bhaskar Comparisons

Bengaluru bank fraud Malleshwaram case

A shocking bank fraud case has surfaced in Bengaluru, drawing comparisons with the movie Lucky Bhaskar. The incident took place at a bank branch in the Malleshwaram 13th Cross area, where a manager allegedly betrayed the trust of account holders.

The bank manager, Raghu, reportedly collected blank cheques and one time passwords from nearly 41 customers who had pledged gold. Using forged records, he allegedly took loans in their names without consent, amounting to nearly 3.11 crore rupees.

The scam came to light during a routine inspection by senior bank officials. They found discrepancies between gold records and the actual stock available, after which the fraud was exposed and the manager reportedly absconded.

Many people found the incident similar to the film Lucky Bhaskar, where the protagonist exploits loopholes in the banking system. In the movie, trust and intelligence are misused to carry out financial fraud.

This real-life case highlights how misuse of authority and greed can destroy public trust. It serves as a reminder for customers to stay cautious and protect sensitive financial information at all times.
