Just a few months back, Dune 2 disgusted everyone with their ‘peculiar’ popcorn bucket that looked like anything but a container for food.
The most anticipated Marvel movie of the year, Deadpool & Wolverine, has tried to emulate the same. The new popcorn bucket has Wolverine in a somewhat uncomfortable position that could be deciphered from his expressions, more so from his eyes than anything else. Not only that, he seems to be shouting at this atrocity that the pr and marketing team has put him through, as it seems.
His shouting mouth will provide the cavity where the popcorn will go. This fact has already instilled many funny ideas among the fans who could not stop themselves from taking a go at the bucket and enjoy their time with Wolverine while and after watching ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’.
It is true that the maker of these buckets is a creative guy who let his intrusive thoughts control his creativity. Whether the makers of both Dune and this one is same or not, but they have done a pretty good job at increasing engagement with their fans.
It will hit the theatres on 26 July 2024.
