Ever since Mark Zuckerberg launched Threads, a direct competitor to Elon Musk’s Twitter, there has been an ugly spat going on between the two and Elon Musk just decided to turn up the heat. This Monday, Musk posted a cryptic message that could easily be deciphered as ‘F**k You’ and wrote ‘I sent this to Zuck’ through his parody account. Musk has accused Zuckerberg and Meta of cheating and allegedly copying Twitter.
Elon Musk, currently the richest person in the world, has always been a controversial figure and he likes it. Advocating for free speech, he bought Twitter and promised to transform the platform. However, since this dramatic takeover, he has been accused of promoting cyberbullying and hate speech in the name of freedom of expression. But Musk is not bothered by any of this, and it is evident in his own tweets. He openly mocks Mark Zuckerberg by calling him ‘lizard boy’. The hype around the potential cage fight between the two is growing, and what seemed like an absurd idea might just turn into reality. It’s impossible to say who will have the upper hand in the cage, but right now it’s Musk throwing all the punches.
