Hyd Pizza Lovers Beware: Top Outlets Under Fire

Hyderabad pizza outlets hygiene violations

Food safety is a top concern for everyone today. People trust popular brands to serve clean and safe meals. However, recent inspections in Telangana have raised serious worries about hygiene in pizza outlets.

The Food Safety Department checked 55 pizza outlets across Hyderabad and nearby districts. Among them, 8 of 18 Pizza Hut outlets and 10 of 16 Domino’s outlets failed to meet safety standards. Even local shops were not completely safe, with 6 out of 21 violating rules.

Violations were serious, including expired or missing licenses, unhygienic kitchens, dirty machinery, improper food storage, and presence of pests. Some outlets did not conduct proper medical checks for their staff, putting public health at risk.

Authorities immediately disposed of unsafe food and issued strict orders to correct the issues. This incident raises concerns about eating out, as even top brands failed basic hygiene tests. Clean food is not a luxury; it is a basic right for all.
