Yes ! You heard it correctly, Infosys co founder Narayana Murthy, generously gave 15 lakhs of Infosys’s share which values over 240 crore. The regular filing indicates that the 77 years old transferred the share amounting 0.07% of Infosys’s stake, via off market transaction.
This news spread like a fire in the dry leaves. The social media is buzzing with this news. Assuming the little one Ekagrah Rohan Murty could be the next millionaire.
Naturally this Incident again started the meme of “70 hour work week”. Murthy’s belief behind putting youths in such a long hour work, which he believes to be beneficial. Became a meme overnight.
