TCS manager Manav Sharma from Agra died by suicide 84 days ago. In a tragic video recorded before his death on February 24, 2025, Manav expressed his pain and called for people to think about the loneliness and struggles of men.
He apologized to his parents and sister, saying everything would be fine after he was gone. He mentioned that his wife Nikita had an affair but said he was not blaming anyone.

Following his death, police launched an investigation and filed a 500-page chargesheet. It revealed Nikita’s relationships with two men before and during her marriage.
Her ex-boyfriend Abhishek introduced her to Mohit Narwani, who later became romantically involved with her. According to Mohit’s statement, they shared a physical relationship until her engagement to Manav.

Manav and Nikita married on January 30, 2024, and moved to Mumbai shortly after. Their marriage seemed stable until January 7, 2025, when Manav received disturbing messages about Nikita’s past via Instagram.
This triggered emotional distress, leading him to message Mohit’s wife and confront the situation.

After Manav’s death, police arrested Nikita’s mother and sister. Nikita and her father were later found hiding in Ahmedabad and arrested on April 4. All four are currently in jail.
Nikita had released two videos while on the run. In the first, she admitted lying to Manav about her past out of fear of losing him.
In the second, she claimed Manav had previously attempted suicide and struggled with alcohol. She alleged that Manav’s family ignored her pleas for help.
This complex case has drawn attention to mental health, relationship boundaries, and the emotional toll of secrecy and betrayal in modern marriages.
