Tech giant Microsoft’s outage across the globe has been causing disruptions in various sectors including airlines, stock market and banking.
Many users across the globe reported a blue death screen on their windows operated systems and laptops. Eventually, their systems are shutting down or getting restarted.
The systems displayed the message, “Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info, and then we’ll restart for you.”
Netizens across social media have raised the same complaint in various countries like India, Australia and United States of America.
Microsoft outage caused a serious disruption in government services, causing trouble for a considerable amount of time.
USA’S Frontier Airlines announced that it is cancelling a few flights due to the outage. Services of Indian airlines like Indigo, Air India, Akasa, Spicejet have also been affected due to the Microsoft outage.
Minutes of halt in Microsoft’s services would cause a serious damage and today’s incident proves the same.
Microsoft’s services like Azure, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 360, PoweBI and Purview stopped working as well.
Responding to the situation, Microsoft stated, “Our services are still seeing continuous improvements while we continue to take mitigation action.”
