It is not a secret fact that for-profit companies love their profits, with their actions aligned in such a manner as to extract every last penny they possibly can in the form of profits.

Revant Himatsingka, also known as FoodPharmer has been exposing such companies for a while now.

In a recent podcast, he made a shocking revelation about some of the everyday stuff we buy and eat, while also feeding them to our children.

His first victim was ‘Cashew & Almond Cookies’ as he revealed the actual percentage of these dry fruits to be just 0.4% and 1.8%.

He further went on to expose ‘Whole Wheat’ biscuits, revealing the actual whole wheat percentage to be just shy of 20%.

Herbal cookies were next on his radar as he revealed the total herb percentage to be 0.1%.

Making a shocking remark, he showed that there was no tomato in ‘tomato ketchup’ and no hazelnut in ‘Hazelnut’ spreads.

The shocking thing is that he didn’t need access to some secret internal documents to reveal this. These things are right there at the back of each edible product we buy as consumers.

Yet most people choose not to read between the fine lines, believing whatever they see on the flashy front.

People of our country need to be more health conscious, holding these companies accountable for their dirty games, otherwise, it won’t be long before we skyrocket in our already high statistics of lifestyle-related disorders.
