A viral video has sparked outrage after a man accused a fellow male passenger of kissing him without consent while he was asleep on a train. The victim confronted the accused, who openly admitted to the act, claiming he did it because he “felt like it.”
Despite the seriousness of the allegation, the response from bystanders was dismissive. The accused’s wife repeatedly asked the victim to “let it go,” and no one stepped in to support him. The victim questioned whether the reaction would have been different if a woman had been in his place.

“This man, sitting right here, forcefully kissed me while I was asleep. Everyone saw it, but no one is supporting me,” he said. “If this had happened to your wife, would you still say ‘leave it’?”
The video shows the man taking matters into his own hands, grabbing the accused by the collar and demanding accountability. Meanwhile, other passengers remained passive, and no authorities intervened.

The incident raises concerns about the lack of legal protection for men in cases of sexual harassment. While strict laws exist to safeguard women, men often struggle to receive justice in similar situations.
Cases like this highlight the societal double standards in addressing harassment, leaving male victims with little to no justice.
