Viral Video: Police Stops Student From Giving Exam

Police Stops Student From Giving Exam

VIP culture in India has once again caused trouble for ordinary citizens. A video going viral shows a woman pleading with a police officer after being stopped on her way to an important exam.

The reason? A VIP was passing through, and the road had been barricaded.

The woman, in a hurry to reach her college, asked why she was being blocked. The police officer simply said, “Hamko upar se order hai”. Thus shifting the blame to higher authorities. He refused to reveal who the VIP was, but that didn’t matter. What mattered was that a student’s future was at stake.

She made a strong point: what if, instead of her, it was an ambulance carrying a critical patient? Would they have survived the delay? Sadly, we already know the answer.

Time and again, people have lost lives because of unnecessary roadblocks created for the convenience of politicians and bureaucrats.

This incident is yet another example of how VIP culture puts ordinary people second.

Public servants, meant to serve the people, end up serving only those in power. The privileged few enjoy special treatment, while the rest suffer in silence.

It’s time for this to stop. Public roads are meant for everyone, not just a handful of VIPs. Strict rules should be enforced to prevent such incidents in the future.

No one’s time, or life should be put at risk just because a powerful person wants an easy passage.
