Royal Challengers Bengaluru fast bowler Yash Dayal is in a big trouble. A woman named Ujjwala Singh has filed an FIR against him in Uttar Pradesh for mental, financial and physical harassment.
The matter has reached Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s office after the woman claimed she was not helped at the local police station.
As per the FIR, Ujjwala said she was in a relationship with Yash Dayal for 5 years. She claims he gained her trust, introduced her to his family and made promises only to cheat and manipulate her later.
When she found out Yash was involved in similar fake relationships with other girls, she confronted him. Ujjwala alleges he physically assaulted her during this confrontation.
On June 14, 2025, Ujjwala called women’s helpline 181 to report what had happened. But she says the complaint did not move forward at the police station.
Feeling helpless and ignored, she then sent her complaint directly to the Chief Minister’s Office, seeking urgent help.
She mentioned in the FIR that she is financially and socially vulnerable and needs support from higher authorities to get justice.
Ujjwala has also claimed to have chats, video calls and screenshots to prove her allegations. She wants the case to move fast and wants strict punishment for Yash Dayal.
Before the FIR went public, Ujjwala posted strong and emotional statements on Instagram under the handle @ujju.64. She accused Yash Dayal of cheating, lying and emotionally abusing her for years.
“The damage you’ve done over these 5 years runs deep… I’m still trying to heal from the trauma you left behind.”
She also wrote:
“You took advantage of someone who only offered love and support. What breaks me is that I’m not the only one you’ve done this to.”
In another post she directly called out the cricketer:
“Maybe people will blame me. Maybe they’ll believe your side. But the truth is — you use girls.”
She ended one of her posts saying:
“No more silence. The truth will rise louder than your image.”
These posts had hashtags #YashDayal #EmotionalAbuseIsReal #BrokenButStronger and have gone viral since then.Yash Dayal has not responded to the allegations yet.
Neither he nor his management has issued a statement and fans are waiting to hear from him.
This has gone from personal heartbreak to police investigation to Chief Minister’s office. With legal evidence and emotional outburst in the open, the onus is on the authorities to act.
But at the same time, we must allow a fair and complete investigation where both sides are heard and the truth is established based on facts and not emotions or headlines.
