Pradeep Ranganathan (PR), after the success of Dragon, is currently acting as the lead in two movies: Love Insurance Kompany (LIK), directed by Vignesh Shivan, and an untitled project directed by Keerthiswaran.
LIK is almost in the final stages of shooting, and the team is aiming for a theatrical release this summer.

Krithi Shetty is debuting in the Kollywood industry with LIK. Her last few movies, including her most recent Telugu release, Manamey, ended up as disasters, and she is striving to deliver success.
At the same time, apart from LIK, she is also playing the female lead in two other Kollywood movies: Vaa Vaathiyaar, starring Karthi, and Genie, starring Jayam Ravi. Among these three movies, LIK will most likely be released first.

Pradeep Ranganathan is now in his prime phase after two back-to-back blockbusters, so trade experts expect that PR is the one who might help Krithi Shetty break her disaster streak.
However, it remains to be seen whether LIK becomes a blockbuster success and helps Krithi Shetty achieve her dream debut in the Kollywood industry.
