After the box office failure of Veera Dheera Sooran Part-2 (VDS), Vikram is now acting as the lead in a movie directed by Madonne Ashwin, tentatively titled Chiyaan 63.
Now, there is strong speculation that C. Prem Kumar, famed for 96 and Meiyazhagan, has narrated a script to Vikram. After the narration, Vikram reportedly gave the green signal, and talks for the project are ongoing.
Vikram, for the past 10 years, has not delivered a solo theatrical success, and the Kollywood audience expected him to make a comeback with Veera Dheera Sooran Part 2. But, despite receiving a decent response from audiences, VDS also ended up as a box office failure.
Following the buzz, some netizens on social media commented that C. Prem Kumar has a cult fan following, and if this project with Vikram materializes, it could be a potential blockbuster and would also help Vikram make a solid comeback in his acting career.
However, there haven’t been any official updates on this yet, and it remains to be seen whether C. Prem Kumar and Vikram will collaborate on a project and, if so, how the project will shape up in the future.
