No Producers for Shankar's Dream Project Velpari

Shankar is in deep trouble after two back-to-back failures, such as Indian 2 and Game Changer. Now, there is strong buzz that producers in both the Kollywood and Tollywood industries are boycotting him and are not interested in producing his movies.

Even though both Indian 2 and Game Changer have huge star actors in them, such as Kamal Haasan and Ram Charan, Shankar isn’t able to pull off a successful venture due to the outdated screenplay and sequences in the movies.

Apart from the failures of these two movies, the production values were enormous, as Indian 2 was made with a budget of around 300 crores, whereas Game Changer was made with a budget of 450 crores.

Due to the overbudget, both movies ended up as terrible losses for the production houses. After the failure of these two movies, Shankar is now in deep trouble.

According to the buzz, when Shankar tried to take off his dream project, Velpari, a historical movie, no producers showed interest in producing it and boycotted him.

Now, Shankar has only one opportunity, which is Indian 3. Even though Indian 3 is also in trouble, Red Giant Pictures is showing interest in completing the movie. If Shankar manages to deliver a blockbuster success with Indian 3, he may make a comeback.
