Street crimes have been observing a significant increase in recent times, with England reporting one such incident. Four NRIs in their early to mid-twenties are charged with the murder of a 23-year-old delivery driver who shared Indian heritage with them.
The delivery driver was pronounced dead at the scene, as announced by the local West Mercia Police. Last Monday, they received reports of an attack in the Berwick Avenue area and initiated an investigation.
It wasn’t until Friday that they arrested the four murder suspects, all of whom have Indian origins and are young in age. Besides these four accused individuals, there was a fifth one who faced charges of assisting in the murder but was later released on police bail.
Following the arrests, the police expressed sympathy for the victim’s family and assured them that the investigation process is still ongoing. Furthermore, no motive for the crime has been identified, but the ongoing investigation is expected to uncover more details.
The police also appealed to everyone to come forward if they have any evidence that could assist in the ongoing investigation.
