Repeatedly, we’ve been hearing about serious and unusual incidents involving Indians in the U.S.
This happens because more Indians are moving to America, leading to an increase in reported crimes.
Surprisingly, the owners of The Super 8 Mountain Inn in Monteagle, Tennessee, Dakshaben Patel and Harshil Patel, were arrested after reportedly hiding fugitives in their building.
The Monteagle Police Department stated that during an investigation on July 18, the pair lied to the police about the location of wanted individuals.
Two police officers, monitoring the hotel’s back area due to drug-related activity, saw two people on a balcony. The authorities mentioned that both owners misled the police when questioned but had actually accommodated the suspects in their hotel.
This is a serious offense, leading to their arrest, and an ongoing investigation is underway.
