Indian Involved In USA Airline Scam!

United-Airlines-Bribe

Three individuals, including Alok Saksena, an Indian and former director in an airline’s corporate real estate division, confessed to accepting substantial bribes, totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars, from a company seeking contracts with the airline.

In exchange for their influence on contract awards at Newark Liberty International Airport, where they were employed with United Airlines, the trio received bribes ranging from home renovations to electronics and jewelry.

The illicit dealings unfolded as the defendants, positioned strategically within the airline, manipulated contract awards for services at Newark Airport.

The bribes, totaling approximately $539,000 for Saksena, $276,000 for Rosalli, and $409,000 for Rogan, underscored a systemic compromise of fairness within the economic system.

Furthermore, the defendants collaborated with an employee from the contracting company to artificially inflate change orders, diverting funds to cover the bribe costs.

Facing a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine, the defendants await sentencing in April next year.
