The United States is going to introduce a number of changes in the H1-B Visa policy which is going to affect the lives of both existing employees and those seeking new jobs in the country.
These changes are going to be introduced by the 8th of July. Under the proposed changes, a fee of $4000 is going to be introduced for extending the H1-B Visa. This can significantly impact both employees and employers as it might come at the cost of a reduced pay package.
The changes are not limited to introducing a new fee. There is going to be a revision on constraints which demands specific degrees for speciality occupation. Those having a business administration degree might suffer as it can be categorized as a general degree.
