Finding your true identity is a fine thing and should be pursued, but when it reaches the level of being ‘woke,’ danger knocks at the door. In recent times, as the world focuses on becoming more woke, there are some shortcomings.
America recently became the hub of this cultural shift and shouldn’t be criticized for its primary goal of discovering one’s true sexuality and identity. However, like anything, an excessive presence of something is always harmful to any organization or system.
Nikki Haley pointed out that military recruitment has declined massively, as much as 25%, and that is a big concern. She also mentions how 80% of recruitment comes from military families, but an underlying problem exists.
Amidst all this, she talks about military parents discouraging kids from joining the military and provides a reason. According to her narration, the military has lost its touch with the heart and soul of the spirit, as they aren’t focused on their aim anymore.
Haley also states that giving gender pronoun classes in the military is somewhat useless, as they should focus more on other aspects that will help improve the military. She criticizes unnecessary inclusive programs introduced by the military, mentioning how they are taking away the spirit of the force.
