This is truly shocking and tragic. In Ohio, a father named Chad Doerman lined up his three young sons, aged 3, 4, and 7, in their yard and mercilessly executed them with a rifle.
When one of the boys attempted to escape into a field, Chad pursued him, brought him back to the house, and killed him.
In an effort to protect her sons, the mother was shot in the hand during the incident. The father, who carried out the heinous act, has admitted to not only committing the murders but also planning them.
During his court appearance on three charges of aggravated murder, the judge commented that this was the worst crime he had witnessed throughout his career.
Police have released the body cam video footage showing deputies arriving at the scene to find the killer sitting next to the rifle. Watch below:
