What transpires in the schools of the United States is sometimes beyond anyone’s understanding. From being the perfect spot for criminals to start a mass shooting, these schools are turning into dark rooms for sex offenses. A US high school teacher has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a 16 year old student of hers.
The accused is a math teacher in Missouri where this disturbing incident took place. The initial report indicates that she used to have sex with the minor student inside the school premises and used other students to be on the ‘lookouts’.
The incident came to highlight when one student reported their relationship to the police. The 26 year old accused was arrested on the 5th of January in Texas. The student’s father is believed to be aware of the whole situation and he was also detained a couple of times by the police.
The teacher has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, statutory rape, sexual contact with a student and child molestation. She had left the district in December only and the school was not sure if she was ever going to return.
