A 17-year-old teen was shot after a dispute over a stolen vehicle. The incident is from Glenn Dale, Prince George’s County, Maryland, where a report was filed for a stolen vehicle prior to the shooting.
The man who shot the teen is said to be a retired police officer, who located the teen with his two friends inside the stolen car.
On being confronted, the said teen was armed with a loaded handgun, which led to further altercation between the ex-cop and him. It ended with the teen being shot. The other two occupants of the car fled in the stolen vehicle.
The teenager is in critical condition as per the hospital. But, he has to face “multiple handgun charges and theft of a vehicle charges” as per the police. The ex-cop has not been charged yet.
