The nightmare continues for Indian visa applicants as they are still getting blocked from the US visa scheduling site with no solution in sight.
This isn’t just a one-off glitch. From H-1B to B1/B2, people across categories are facing the same error with the message, “You have been blocked.”
While switching browsers, devices or VPNs works for some applicants, others say the issue still persists. Even waiting for 6–8 hours doesn’t guarantee access. Meanwhile, the site gives no real answers, and the support team remains silent.
This follows the news of the recent freeze on F-1 slot bookings from the US president Trump. People are missing interview slots, losing money, and falling behind on crucial timelines.
As the crackdown against immigrants continues, many Indians suspect this is a deliberate attempt from the US to make bookings difficult for users. While it sounds wild, it is not out of character for the current regime which continues to make life, a living hell for the immigrants and visa applicants.
There seems to be no hurry to fix a broken portal and their immigration system. Right now, Indians are being shut out and it’s not just from the site.
