The Animal hype is unreal. This Sandeep Reddy Vanga project has been in the news since its announcement when he compared this movie to his last venture, Kabir Singh, and said, “For those who are saying Kabir Singh was a violent film, I will show them what a violent film is.” Today, when its trailer dropped, we can surely say that he was not wrong.
The trailer begins with high and shows us the trembling relationship between the father-son duo. The way Ranbir’s character talks, yells, and roars is truly terrifying. Ranbir’s character does everything to get his father’s love and attention, only to end up failing in that. The harsh treatment he receives is what makes him an animal. And within this father-son duo, there stands Bobby with his menacing look, making up for a satisfying villain, which was kind of missing in Kabir Singh. Looks like the premise is very engaging.
Two things are clear after this trailer. The movie is going to create a huge controversy around its topic and treatment and the BGM is making the theatre roar. It may create a box office sensation given Vanga manages to give us a nail-biting experience in this 3-hour 21-minute movie. “Animal,” starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandana, and Tripti Dimri in lead roles, is going to hit cinema screens on December 1st, 2023.
