“Dune Part Two” is one of the biggest projects of Denis Villeneuve and the Legendary Studios. Not only it provided the audience with an epic story but its stunning visual effects are also a treat for sci fi lovers.
But, countries like India got a little too less exposure to the movie, as for countries like India, the screen time was really low and in the majority of the cases the audio was not original, but regional. It is true that regional voice over is important to some extent. But, it took the real taste from the movie.
As the voice effects and language of the Fremens were a very important part of the movie.
But, the makers have decided that Dune Part Two is going to come to the Indian audience on the same date of its global VOD release. It is now being advertised on BookMyShow stream.
From 16th of April it will be available to stream but the pre rent and pre buy price are on a quite high side, as it shows ₹499 and ₹799.
The Studios didn’t change any pricing rate, because the movie is still profiting from its IMAX income, it was a very rushed move by the studio to launch it through VOD as it won’t do much good.
But, with a wait of a few more weeks “Dune Part Two” will be available on the regular OTT platform, and then the audience can enjoy this epic battle of sandworms.
