Daniel Craig is all set to return as Benoit Blanc, the charming and fabulous southern detective. The third movie in the Knives Out series has been in the talks ever since The ‘Glass Onion’, the second movie premiered on Netflix in 2022.
Finally, the mystery about the third movie has been revealed and as per reports, the filming of the third movie will begin later this year. The first two movies have been a massive hit, giving fans a taste of the classic ‘whodunnit’ set in the modern world.
Director/Writer Rian Johnson has resumed working on the script following the writer’s strike’s conclusion. There were several speculations about the characters who will return for the sequel. Still, given the trend set by Glass Knives, it is very likely that only Daniel Craig will reprise his role solving another mystery.
Fans are hoping that Johnson would introduce his other famous characters in his latest movie, noticeably, Charlie Cale from ‘Poker Face’, a mystery drama series created by Johnson.
The untitled Knives Out 3 will most probably be released on Netflix which acquired the rights for a whopping $469 million.
