Harshvardhan Rane, the handsome hunk of Bollywood known for his classic “Sanam Teri Kasam,” has a huge fanbase. After movies like Taish and Tara vs Bilal, he is back with his new movie. “Dange,” a Bijoy Nambiar-directed action thriller, was also released with the title “Por” in Telugu, starring Arjun Das and Kalidas Jayram in lead roles.
“Dange” barely generated any waves when released in theaters. It was declared a flop despite being appreciated by critics. The movie was the second collaboration of Harshvardhan Rane and Bejoy Nambiar after “Taish,” which premiered on Zee5.
The movie depicts a rift between two teams of a college in Goa, led by Harshvardhan Rane and Ehan Bhatt. The initial clash between these two leads to a final faceoff.
One of the things about the movie is its cinematography and color grading, which make the movie unique. The background scale and integration of action set pieces everything seem perfectly done.
While talking about negatives, the movie has some over-the-top dialogues that might sound cringe at times. It also deals with some screenplay issues. But overall, the movie works fine as a college drama. “Dange” is available to stream on Netflix India.
