The Telugu OTT space is set to welcome three new prospective outings this weekend and all three of them have their own set of audience. The said films are Gaami, Om Bheem Bush, and Premalu(dubbed).
Gaami is a survival thriller that has Vishwak Sen in the lead role and it can make for a good viewing on OTT given its impressive technical prowess and the new-age attempt. The film will stream on ZEE5 from the 12th of this month.
Then we have Om Bheem Bush which has Sree Vishnu, Priyadarshi, and Rahul Ramakrishna in the lead roles which is a slapstick comedy. This stupid comedy genre has a decent patronage amongst casual OTT viewers and this could work in the favor of this film. It will stream on Amazon Prime from 12 April.
Lastly, there is Premalu, a rom-com that has repeat value. This Malayali film is set in Hyderabad and it has the connect factor with the Telugu audience which could work in its favor following the OTT debut. This film will stream on Disney+ Hotstar.
The Telugu OTT audience one serious film in Gaami and two casual comedies in Premalu and Om Bheem Bush this weekend.
